Printer, Fax and Typewriter Repairs

Wake Forest University has an agreement with Executive Business Machines (EBM) for maintenance and service on printers, fax machines and typewriters.  EBM is an authorized service provider for HP, Lexmark, Canon and Brother equipment.

EBM also has a National Educational Pricing Agreement for Canon commercial grade fax machines and supplies. 

EBM will quote annual service agreements on supported equipment.  Pricing is based on age and condition of equipment, as well as expected volumes.

Pricing

NOTE:

This agreement is outside the Digital Copier Program, which is the preferred means to print on campus. The digital copier offers a much lower Cost Per Impression than inkjet and laser printers, including service and all consumables (parts, toner, staples) covered under the WFU Campus Master Service Agreement.  However, we realize that some departments still have free standing printers, fax machines and even the occasional old typewriter that will need repair under the EBM contract.
