• Single item, non-travel purchases up to $2,500
• Travel expenditures of any amount

• Using the University Credit Card saves your department the cost of NC sales tax.

To receive a University VISA Card:

• Complete the application, obtain signatures, and forward to Procurement Services
• Register for a training class. Credit cards are distributed at training classes.
